• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee

6. Guarantee Terms
Our “Double Your Demos” guarantee is subject to:

• Client meeting program requirements as outlined in the Service Agreement
• Minimum 90-day commitment
• Active participation in onboarding and optimization

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AI Levelling and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Levelling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
